My Confinement Experience

“Pantang?! Arrrghhh no!! sangat tak best!! sangat bosan!! food sangat tak sedap!!…”
thats the most famous quote from people bila sebut hal pantang. The best part datang dari mulut dari org yang tak pernha berpantang plak tu. The fact is none of what we think of PANTANG is killing you. I super enjoyed my confinement period. In the same time i am VERY LUCKY to have my mum to jaga me sepanjang 44 hari. Bayangkan even before i gave birth, mak sediakan this one buku that she did it purposely for me. Title: PANTANG. Dalamnye is ALL THE YUMMY RECIPES, healthy exercises, do’s and don’ts and what to expect during pantang and also how to maintain and get back in shape.
Sepanjang pantang kita dimanjakan, makanan yang sedap2 di sediakan untuk kite, hari hari dapat urut, org datang visit kite hari hari WITH PRESENt, people care about us and more!..Macam mana modern pun kite, macam mana bertukar era pun kite, pantang is pantang. Cuma perubahan index dalamannya sahaja yang akan bertukar. But the main thing is you need to pantang after giving birth.
PLEASE NO COMPLAINING:
Ok, after giving birth you lost ALOT OF ENERGY. Tapi hati ibu mmg sangat gembira bila menatap wajah anak yang baru dilahirkan. But do aware that new mothers DO NOT LIKE TO BE CRITICIZES by other people INCLUDING families. The more you critics the more tension you will get. I already kena ok. It was so super sakit hati. Luckily tak meroyan and luckily A’sim help me out.
ALOT OF PANTANG THAT YOU WILL LISTEN:
after giving birth macam macam ku dengar itu tak boleh ini tak boleh. Pening ok. Sakit hati pun ada. Gaya ni slah tu salah. Habis apa yan betul pun tak tau. Finally i decided to listen ONLY to mak says. If die kate cannot means its a no no. I just shut whatever org lain nye pesan and refer to my mum. Not that being rude but kalo dok ikut org tu org ni, mmg masak aa jawabnye. The stupidiest pantang yang ku dengar is “jgn minum air banyak banyak..nanti badan berair”. Excuse me, how am i gonna gain energy kalao tak minum?. Mak soh minum ku minum la. Tak berair pun. Alhamdulillah ok. I only stick to warm water.
FOOD/DISHES:
Lauk pantang sangat sedap!. Pandai sungguh my mum masak. Ikan haruan yang org kate tak sedap tu, its wrong ok!. Sedap siot!. During pantang do eat alot of greens, ikan yang tak berbisa, minum warm water banyak, air halia, air kunyit, tomato and lobak putih is a must for your milk AND please jgn aa makan ikan masin sbb your darah nifas will bau hanyir. Cuka/vinigar is good because it helps us to kecutkan the rahim. I asked my mum ‘why some people said lauk pantang damn it?’ she said ‘mak diorg masak tak sedap’..hahah!!!..but true enuff my pantang meal SUPER SEDAP. Ade la jugak org org melarang daku memakan hidangan mother ku, yet I still stick and eat to what mak cooked for me. Jangan la pikirkan makanan skarang sama ngan lauk org dulu2 zaman mak kite semua tuh. Takkan sama dong. DULU, diet harian kite lain so time pantang pun lain la. DULU, nutrition tak balance macam kite dapat skarang because now there are super multi vitamins and this and that. DULU, pembelian makanan ada limitation due to kewangan. But now anywhere everywhere we can get good healthy fresh food. So DULU LAIN SKARANG LAIN. We need something yang sesuai ngan diet kite before pantang. TAPI he basic pantang kene jaga contohnya makanan yang terlarang tuh jaga jaga la.
MAKE YOUR TIME USEFULL:
As normal ‘aku benci time pantang sebab bohsan’. (ayat ni BIASANYA dating dari org yang tak penah berpantang. Hello! Ni dunia dah berubah dong. Occupied yourself ngan entertainment la. Tak la sangap. As for me in my room, ada ipod speaker, tv, dvd, x-box, laptop. So tak la boring dalam bilik.
My mak punya pantang sepanjang 44 hari senang jek ‘jangan turun tangga!’. Bayangkan only on raya haji and hari cukur jambul jek diriku dibenarkan turun. Reason my mum is that dia tak mo si pantang ni buat keje lasak lasak memandangkan diriku pantang tgk rumah bersepah kan and in the same time my EX MAID tu super menyakit hati and SANGAT pemalas bila akhir2 die ‘konon2 nak balik indon skejap tu’.
So, now dah habis pantang, diriku still mengamalkan sedikit sebanyak dieat ku masa time pantang sbb A’mmar menyusu badan. Slowly now am back on my feet actively in sports. Tu la sedikit sebanyak experience ku. Ada confusion nak tanye, just hit it babe.
